David Romeo - Manager, Broker Services
Before joining IBWIL in 1979, studied full time in the Scholarship Training Programme of the Academy of Insurance of Trinidad and Tobago.

He has been at IBWIL for twenty two years and has experience in almost every aspect of insurance, and a particular background in industrial property, business interruption, mechanical and electrical breakdown and liability risks.

Mr. Romeo is the holder of a Diploma in Insurance and Insurance Management from the University of Nottingham, England.

His responsibility includes the design and broking of new types of cover, and in the implementation and administration of risk management programmes for industrial, commercial and state sector organizations.

Darren Drayton - IS Manager
Mr. Drayton joined IBWIL as the Information Technology Administrator in September 2003. Mr. Drayton was employed in the Office of the Prime Minister in the capacity of Asst. M.I.S. Consultant.

Mr. Drayton is the holder of Certifications in both Netware and Microsoft. In Netware he holds Certifications as an Administrator (CNA) and as an Engineer (CNE) and in Microsoft as an (MCSE). Mr. Drayton has also lectured at the Institute of Manpower Development, Data Professing Management in Micro Electronics, Computer Science/Studies and Programming.

Shaima Hosein-Anam - Account Executive
Mrs. Hosein-Anam has been employed with IBWIL since 1980 and has considerable experience in all lines of commercial insurance. Before taking up this position she was principally assigned to the Manager - Broker Services and assisted with the servicing of IBWIL's largest state and private sector accounts. Mrs. Hosein-Anam has completed courses at the Academy of Insurance in general and property insurance.
